Careers are shaped through ongoing training programs and certification exams. We train our consultants on a continuous basis to keep up with the changes in the industry. The consultants are required to take certificate examinations from Brainbench, Oracle Corporation, Microsoft etc. We have expertise in these core fields and expect individuals with these skills to join our company. We have opportunities in a various fields, functions and locations and we invite people with a drive to excel A minimum requirement to join would be a professional engineering degree or a masters degree in Computer applications or related courses. A minimum of three years work experience is preferred. Good communication and writing skills are also expected
	Referral Program iLogik promotes employee referrals and pays a bonus for each referral that is hired. Employee referrals are done on a confidential basis. Relocation Expenses We support our employee’s travel and relocation expenses between projects. We even provide guest house services to our employees during their training and between their projects.
